Shipping and Returns

Shipping & Returns Shipping is free to the U. S. Continental 48 states and included in the pricing. We ship orders via UPS once a week. It could take up to 7 days for an order to be processed & shipped and up to another 7 days for delivery from UPS. You are supplied with an UPS tracking number when your order is processed as well as an email confirmation with order # when your order is placed and credit card payment has been accepted. You can keep up with your order’s progress by logging onto http://www.UPS.com once you have received your tracking number. During seasonal peak periods we try to ship twice a week. Contact us via email for overnight & special shipping needs quotes as well as quotes for Hawaii, thumb Alaska, mind Canada, diagnosis Mexico and all addresses outside of the Continental 48 states. Returns: We do not accept returns on orders unless there is damage to the order during shipping. We replace damaged orders only. We do not accept returns on any food item (opened or unopened) that has been shipped. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. We do not accept returns because you do not care for the sauce you ordered. We suggest ordering the mixed packs in small quantities if you are a new customer who is unfamiliar with our products.
